Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 26, 2026

This policy describes how HealthyLyfe™ (“HealthyLyfe,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use our website at healthylyfe.fit and our mobile fitness application (together, the “Services”).

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to visitors of healthylyfe.fit and registered users of the HealthyLyfe mobile app. It covers personal information and certain health-adjacent or fitness-related data you choose to provide or generate through the Services. It does not apply to third-party websites, apps, or trainers linked from the Services.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Account and profile

We may collect identifiers and profile details such as name, username, email address, password or authentication tokens, profile photo, biographical information you add, and preferences (for example display name settings, units, and notification choices).

2.2 Fitness, nutrition, and wellness data

When you use core features, we may process data you log or sync, including workouts, exercises, sets and reps, duration, estimated calories, scheduled sessions, routes or activities where supported, meals and foods, macronutrients, calorie targets, water intake, recipes, barcode or label-derived nutrition information, goals, achievements, metrics, and similar wellness information. Some of this data may be considered sensitive in certain jurisdictions when tied to your identity.

2.3 Social and community content

If you use social features, we may collect posts, comments, likes, follows, friend or trainer connections, messages, reports, and moderation-related records.

2.4 AI coaching and recommendations

We may process your in-app activity summaries, preferences, and prompts you submit to generate coaching outputs. Depending on configuration, such processing may involve third-party model providers under contractual safeguards.

2.5 Wearables and devices

If you connect wearables or health platforms, we may receive workout summaries, steps, heart rate, sleep, or related metrics according to the permissions you grant and the third party’s policies.

2.6 Technical and usage data

We may collect device identifiers, IP address, app version, operating system, crash logs, diagnostics, approximate location derived from IP, and usage events (for example screens viewed and feature usage) to operate, secure, and improve the Services.

2.7 Cookies and similar technologies (website)

healthylyfe.fit may use cookies or local storage for essential functionality, preferences, analytics, or marketing if enabled. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

2.8 Communications

If you contact us (for example via email or in-app support), we retain those messages and related metadata to respond and maintain records.

3. How we use information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide, personalize, and improve workouts, nutrition tools, planning, social features, AI coaching, and integrations;
  • Authenticate users, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms of Service;
  • Send service-related notices, security alerts, and (where permitted) marketing communications;
  • Analyze product usage, conduct research, and develop new fitness and wellness features;
  • Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

4. Legal bases (EEA, UK, and similar regions)

Where required, we rely on one or more of: performance of a contract, legitimate interests (such as securing and improving the Services, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights), consent (especially for optional analytics, marketing, or certain sensitive processing), and legal obligation.

5. How we share information

We may share information with:

  • Service providers who host data, send notifications, process payments if applicable, provide analytics, customer support, or AI infrastructure, bound by confidentiality and processing agreements;
  • Other users when you post publicly, share your profile, or interact socially, according to your settings;
  • Trainers or professionals you choose to connect with in the product;
  • Legal and safety when we believe disclosure is required by law, to protect rights, safety, or security, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale (with notice where required).

We do not sell your personal information for money. Where “sale” or “sharing” is defined broadly (for example under some U.S. state laws), we provide choices as described below.

6. Retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion subject to exceptions (for example legal holds or backup systems).

7. Security

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

9. International transfers

If you access the Services from outside the country where our servers or processors are located, your information may be transferred across borders. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

10. Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent where processing is consent-based; and opt out of targeted advertising or “sales”/“sharing” as defined by applicable law. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

To exercise rights, contact us using the details below. We may verify your request as permitted by law.

11. California residents (summary)

California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including to know, delete, and correct personal information, and to opt out of certain sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not discriminate for exercising these rights. A “Notice at Collection” may be presented in-app where required.

12. European Economic Area and UK (summary)

If you are in the EEA or UK, you may contact us to exercise GDPR rights. Our representative contact (if required) should be added here by the operator.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on healthylyfe.fit and/or the app and update the “Last updated” date. For material changes, we will provide additional notice as required by law.
